Engineering Systems International is an independent railway consultancy specializing rail systems engineering across disciplines including train control, communications, SCADA, platform screen doors, traction power, track and rolling stock.
With over 40 years of experience, Engineering Systems International is a leading provider of engineering systems expertise for major rail projects worldwide. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. Prior to founding Engineering Systems International (ESI), Kevin has worked for several prominent companies within the rail industry worldwide, he has a comprehensive experience in leading systems engineering and assurance teams across a wide range of rail projects. This experience has allowed him to develop a deep knowledge of industry best practices. He is able to apply a practical and pragmatic approach to the application of the principals defined in industry standards for example, EN51026, 50128, 51029 and IEEE 828.
Kevin has specific experience applying these standards in a multi-contactor environment on High Speed Rail, Metros, LRT’s, Trams and other advanced technology transit systems. Kevin has accumulated a wealth of experience in providing systems engineering and assurance support in both a remote capacity and on site.
